The Pagnottiello
The Neapolitan ‘pagnottiello’ has ancient traditions like pizza, but it is less known. It is a savoury turnover stuffed with raw ingredients, in several versions: mozzarella and tomato, mozzarella and ham, aubergines with tomatoes and cheese, hamburger and mozzarella.
