- Our Mozzarella cheese arrives fresh every day from Battipaglia.
- The Pachino tomatoes come from Pachino (Sicily).
- The Peeled Tomatoes come from Gragnano.
- Fish is always fresh and only by selected suppliers.
- Cakes are made in-house and according to the Neapolitan tradition.
