PizzaRè was born in Naples, with over hundred years of tradition and experience in catering, offering hospitality, cordiality, merriment and good cuisine around Italy, and a meal which is convenient but not poor, fast but not rushed. Just like we Italians like it!

PizzaRè was born in 1995 from the most ancient Neapolitan pizzeria, and ReCafè in 2004, a new synthesis of the gastronomic culture, which contains a pizzeria, a restaurant and a Neapolitan coffee house.

Our raw materials

At PizzaRè and ReCafè you will discover a maniacal attention to the quality of the ingredients and their workmanship:

  • The Pizza is flattened by hand and baked in a wood-burning oven with aromatic oak wood.
  • Let dough rest for at least 24h hours
  • Our Mozzarella di Bufala D.O.P. arrives fresh every day from Battipaglia (Salerno)
  • Dairy products directly from Paestum
  • The Pachino tomatoes come from Pachino (Sicily).
  • The Peeled Tomatoes come from Gragnano.
  • The meat directly from Prestigious Butcher Hannibal (Ripetta – Rome)
  • Fish is always fresh and only by selected suppliers.
  • Cakes are made in-house and according to the Neapolitan tradition.
